STEPHEN BRYCE LIEBERT, AIA

Stephen Liebert is an architect and AIA member with 35 years of diversified architectural/construction project management experience. His multi-state projects include all phases of business and project development from marketing/client contracts, project programming, schematics design, design development, construction documents, bid negotiating for client representation, permit assistance and on site observation during construction.  He is experienced with multi-agency coordination for project approvals: Zoning Boards, utility coordination, fire codes , local and state building codes and permit approval processes. Louisville resident, Liebert is a proud University of Kentucky alumnus with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He has a special interest in the AIA Rapid Response Disaster Relief program and volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America.  Stephen says he is volunteering  ” Simply to Help!”
